• Identify innovative manufacturing processes, materials and finishes
• Please note that this position is based in Drummondville***.
• Analyze and understand customer needs
• Provide technical support and optimize designs
• Design solutions to meet customer needs, taking into account manufacturing realities
• Collaborate on material and process testing
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions

• College diploma in industrial drafting or design (an asset)
• Solid design skills
• Ability to quickly grasp and respond to customer needs
• Ability to deal proactively with issues and problems, putting forward solutions
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong attention to detail and autonomy
• 2 to 5 years' experience
