Objectives of the department / function in which the job operates:

The objective of the Digital team is to transform, optimize and sustain P&C capabilities by designing and delivering Digital experiences which are simple, scalable and signature.

JOB MANDATE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Knowledge Manager specializing in documentation, cataloguing knowledge, creating engaging presentation decks, and training. As an Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for creating (in partnership with SMEs), organizing, structuring, and maintaining information in our knowledge base, Confluence, turning complex, statistical, and/or technical data into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations, and sharing expertise through formal and informal training in information design best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of information architecture and documentation best practices, the ability to transform complex concepts and data into easy-to-digest visuals, and a passion for knowledge sharing and training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure application of business knowledge practices by training internal team members formally and informally on information design and graphic design best practices and principles.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather data and supporting information for presentations.
  • Apply data visualization techniques to present data-driven, technical, and/or complex concepts to translate them into easily understandable presentations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create and maintain documentation for the knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information design and visual design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of presentation materials.
  • Monitor learning associated with the knowledge framework to ensure success of team, and adapt to support absorption of new ideas or policies quickly
  • Utilize graphic design principles, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements to enhance content delivery, while adhering to lululemon’s visual style and branding guidelines.
  • Guide a culture of knowledge sharing by acting as information design and visual design SME to support to team members.
  • Create and sustain a knowledge management framework inclusive ofcataloguing and organizing vast amounts of information from various sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic / Educational:

  • Nice-to-have: Graduate degree in librarian sciences and/or information studies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Information Management, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a human resources setting is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Proven experience as Knowledge Manager or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture principles and the ability to create, structure, and organize complex, statistical, and/or technical information.
  • Proficient in data visualization techniques to present complex data effectively.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in knowledge management and information design, including cataloguing knowledge and creating engaging presentation decks.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and typography.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and experience tailoring training to audience with diverse level of expertise
