Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a People & Culture Manager for a 12 month maternity contract; to execute People & Culture strategies aligned with Pilothouse's business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker aligning people and culture strategies with business goals
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Ability to develop diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Collaborative team player with industry awareness
- Experience in performance management and employee relations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis
- Adaptability for organizational change management

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Manage employee performance and salary review process
- Ensure people policies, procedures, and practices are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations for all team members (local and international), including changes, data privacy, and best practices relevant to Pilothouse
- Ensure staff life cycle processes from recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, development and performance management, staff relations, benefits administration and management are executed accurately and effectively
- Partner with senior leadership team to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
- Create and implement a diversity, equity and inclusion strategy that will propel Pilothouse to align with our overarching mission, vision and values
- Create, update, maintain and improve on Pilothouse's people and culture internal policies and processes
- Act as the main point of contact for our team and handle any employee relations related matters
- Assist the leadership team to build an empowering workplace through effective performance management and feedback, coaching and support
- Maintain and seek to improve HRIS system capabilities and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP), driving informed decision making by using data to support people and culture functions, ensuring all data reporting, organizational charts, and other reporting requirements, are accurate and timely delivered
- Executing the implementation of People & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with Pilothouse's business strategy
- Drive Pilothouse culture by building on social activities, appreciation events, company corporate events, wellness awareness and coming up with other creative streams of ensuring that our team is continuously being invested in from an engagement perspective
- Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the Director of People and Culture and executive team
- Lead the People and Culture team and drive departmental goals that synchronize with the company vision and objectives
ABOUT THE POSITION
As the People & Culture Manager at Pilothouse, you'll be at the forefront of implementing strategies that align with the company's vision, overseeing performance management, employee relations, HRIS systems, and compliance, while also driving diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives to foster an empowering work environment. You'll lead the People and Culture team, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to broader organizational goals.
