Job Description

Our client, a software development company targeting the construction industry, is looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join their team for a 6-month fixed term contract!


This role will combine the duties of a scrum master and project manager to ensure that the different streams in the business follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and eliminating team impediments.


Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with Jira.
  • Functional project management knowledge (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid)
  • Minimum 5+ years in a project management and scrum master position managing multiple streams of work from numerous teams.
  • Be qualitatively and quantitatively driven.
  • Working knowledge of numerous tech stacks - someone who will understand products and functionalities.


Other details:

  • September start.
  • Hybrid - office located in downtown Montreal
  • This is a 6 month, fixed term contract
