POSITION SUMMARY:

The Contract Graphic Designer is responsible for executing the artistic design vision of various Seed World Group projects. The assigned projects require visual appeal in look and feel combined with functional requirements and brand consistency.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Testing graphics across various media.
• Building corporate communications tools.
• Conceptualizing visuals based on defined brand and functionality requirements.
• Developing graphics, illustrations, logos for various applications.
• Effectively participating in and leading where necessary communication with internal departments.
• Advising on design and layout strategies where necessary.
• Incorporating art direction and feedback.
• Designing and creating marketing, communications and advertising tools for clients.
• Designing and laying out print publications and digital media.
• Adhering to defined processes and brand standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency with: MAC OSX, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, WordPress
• Basic photography skills and working with RAW file formats
• Working experience with Adobe InCopy/InDesign
• Understanding of marketing principles and social media channels
