Senior Graphic Designer Jobs

Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Manager, Studio, the Senior Graphic Designer will actively be involved in the realization and development of creative concepts, 360 campaigns and various advertising, marketing and digital projects of Groupe Marcelle and its different brands: Watier, Marcelle, Annabelle, and CW Beggs & Sons. While respecting and contributing to the brand image, the incumbent will have to realize and execute all stages of print and web graphic design projects.

STUDIO TEAM 
Our graphics studio is a small, close-knit family of seven passionate and creative colleagues who are always open to new ideas. It is the heart of the marketing teams and the guardian of brand images. It's a healthy and human environment, where communication and respect are priorities. Focused on mutual support and collaboration, the studio team meets regularly to improve working practices - as much as to have a coffee and talk about life. 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE 

• Contribute to the maintenance and development of graphic standards to ensure the graphic continuity of communication elements while ensuring the quality of the finished product and the respect of various deadlines.
• Create and produce graphic for print and digital marketing tools to contribute to the brand’s image.
• Follow up and manage the production with external agencies as needed.
• Be the reference person for the graphic designers in the team and marketing. 
• Collaborate with the Brand teams and other members of the Marketing department as well as agencies in the realization of different projects.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE 

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or DEC in graphics.
• Diverse and creative portfolio of works carried out as part of professional mandates.
• Good knowledge of the web, digital campaigns, social media, and their functions.
• Experience in the beauty industry, wholesale, and retail (an asset). 
• Experience in packaging.
• Perfect command of the Adobe CC MAC suite (In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop).

AND IF YOU ARE 

• Oriented teamwork and capable to work quickly and with precision.
• Aware of issues related to marketing and communication.
• Bilingual, English and French both spoken and written, as you will have to interact with different collaborators across Canada.
• Proud of your design skills, creative - curious and on the lookout for trends.
• Organized and pay attention to details. 
• Capable of keeping an overview and a premise of 360 campaigns.
