Position: Graphic Designer
Type: Part-Time, Contract
Location: Remote
Hours: 5-10 hours/week. This is a long-term commitment.
Requirements: 1-2 images per week day (Monday-Friday) due by 4:30PM ET. Task will be ready by 12-1PM ET.

As a Part-Time Graphic Designer, you will enhance the visual appeal and engagement of our daily newsletter by:
- Maintaining open communication with the editorial team to clarify image requirements and make any necessary revisions.
- Adhering to tight deadlines to ensure images are completed and delivered between 4:30 PM ET each weekday.
- Developing a deep understanding of our brand's visual identity and ensuring all images align with our established design guidelines.
- Creating 5-8 visually captivating and relevant images/gifs per week to complement the articles (1-2 per day).
- Collaborating with the editorial team to understand the content and context of each newsletter article.
- Producing original, high-quality graphics that resonate with our target audience.
- Our audience is mostly gen-z’s/millennials and we are looking for a more “modern” design style that resonates with this audience.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to seek feedback and make iterative improvements.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Ability to adapt your design style to suit various content topics and tones.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the editorial team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent design software.

- In your sample work, ensure that you include relevant images showcasing your proficiency in executing the task (i.e., your job is to create editorial images so sending us past logos you created won’t help your case).
