We're looking for a multi-faceted Design Lead in Canada.
If you...
-Are process-oriented, accountable, and thrive when working in a larger team,
-Have expert experience with visual storytelling, information design, document/editorial design (e.g. PDFs, slide decks etc.),
-Have experience defining brand guidelines and a consistent aesthetic across multimedia (written assets, video, audiograms),
-Have experience with establishing and documenting design guidelines,
-Are an expert with Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
-Have worked with project management apps/software before,

That’s where you come in.
We need someone who can...
- Lead the process of design for world-class video testimonials and written customer success stories for clients across the globe,
- Build relationships with remote teams and preferred partners, and
- Work with our internal team to refine and scale up our design.
You’d be working alongside a brilliant team of account managers, project managers, interviewers, videographers, copywriters, designers, editors and doers to tackle the challenges that come with producing strong design under diverse circumstances.
What you’ll do:
Establish and enforce design standards for CSB deliverables (internal and external)
- Research and develop guidelines and standards for asset design and train the graphic design team on their implementation, including information design
- Collaborate with the Video team on processes to ensure uniform, high quality design across all media
- Support the graphic design team to ensuring established standards are met through ongoing review, coaching, and feedback
- Develop CSB’s own brand guidelines and identity for internal assets
- Design internal assets for CSB to establish quality standards
Design assets that complement the stories told while remaining on-brand and up to quality standards
- Review all collateral necessary to produce an on-brand, high-quality design for clients (e.g. brand guidelines, fonts, icon sets, etc.), including meeting as-necessary with in-house design teams
- Design all required written/static assets as outlined by the brief, including review and implementation of client revisions
- Ensure all design files are properly filed and shared with those who need access
- Keep project managers updated, carefully manage deadlines, and ensure the quality of your work is up to client and Case Study Buddy standards
- Responsible for onboarding, training and managing new design hires/contractors
- Collaborating with Senior PM on project scope and timelines
- Participate in client, team, and leadership meetings
