GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Szio+ is looking for a Graphics Designer who aspires to be part of a rapidly growing startup in the women’s health space. Are you passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives and thrive on what it takes to connect with leading healthcare professionals across North America who specialize in women’s health.

The ideal candidate has a proven track recordin the execution of multiple multi-component projects involving the creation of our packaging, social & digital marketing materials, website and email. You will work very closely with our internal marketing team to ensure the work reflects the companies' business and brand requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Creates and executes designs for print, marketing collateral, and packaging that will resonate with a variety of target audiences and brands.

•Has experience in email marketing design, social media & paid ads design, and has some motion graphics capabilities.

•Assists in the creation of packaging design; manages proofing, production process, lead times and manufacturing capabilities for various substrates and packaged goods

•Assists in conceptualization for category brand extensions and packaging redesigns

•Translate creative concepts into compelling designs and assets

•Work closely and collaboratively with marketing, creative and internal team to produce results-driven creative

•Present and explain creative concept; interacts with all levels of employees to answer questions and communicate changes to team

•Stay current with the latest digital, social and technology trends

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

•1-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods company

•Experience with print, digital, and package design as well as project management, proofing, and archiving digital assets

•Outstanding graphic design skills; working experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects

•Strong understanding of creative requests and brief

•Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills

•Knowledge of interactive design current best practices, technologies, and UX standards

•Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and photo retouching

•Be self-sufficient and able to figure problems out on your own

•Proficiency in utilizing project management platforms

•Capable of articulating and presenting creative ideas
