Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator assists with the execution of the marketing plans and graphic design initiatives. The position is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating marketing initiatives and branding. Supports the Sales, Product & Marketing functions, and other internal stakeholders, with marketing activities that enhance iTel’s brand image and leverage growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analytics on utilization through various marketing channels.
• Manages all social assets in collaboration with internal staff or external agency.
• Works closely with Sales & Product teams, internal team members and/or external agencies to ensure that monthly reporting is completed for all marketing channels.
• Helps develop product videos and other marketing collateral.
• Implements marketing campaigns; assists with the preparation of marketing strategies, plans and objectives; plans and organizes marketing materials, presentations, events and more.
• Updates and maintains corporate website and other internet sites; keeps content current and engaging.
• Ensures overall corporate brand and corporate identity is maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure our marketing materials are fresh and modern.
• Assists the Sales team by providing marketing guidance and support on the company brand; ensures all Sales and Marketing collateral is updated and filed accordingly.
• Assist with Digital Marketing initiatives
• Builds strong relationships with internal team members, agencies and required vendors.
• Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Tracks all marketing channels and campaigns, in collaboration with other team members and the VP of Marketing to measure performance.
• Perform general marketing duties such as creating swag.
• Administers all graphic design requirements for the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to organize work, be accurate, set priorities, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field
• Ability to be creative and innovative to respond to the business and technical support needs
• Experience with research using data analytics software and tools
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing with a general understanding of Google Adwords and Analytics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• CRM knowledge is an asset
• Minimum of two years recent, related experience
• Proficiency in full Google applications, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress and related design software
