Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design tools.

· A passion for finance and the wealth management industry is a benefit.

· Some social media management experience is preferred but not required.

· Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Update and manage the website through Content Management System

A combination of experience and education will be considered

Manage the application of Forest Hill branding/visual identity

Manage the in-house printing service of the brokerage

Manage Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

Possess knowledge in Typography Convention and Design Principles

Administers all graphic design requirements for the organization.

Manages all social assets in collaboration with internal staff or external agency.

Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field

Minimum of two years recent, related experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing with a general understanding of Google Adwords and Analytics

Experience using CRM tools for data management, reporting, and implementation

Graphic design, web design, object and creative skills and experience
