The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Junior Graphic Designer & Coordinator to bring our brand to life through the design and execution of digital and print assets. From concept to final build, you will be involved in all aspects of the creative process and will be working closely with the marketing team on an array of initiatives. Your passion for graphic design and content development drives you to translate complex information into visually appealing materials that engage and inspire. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, creative thinker, with a great attitude and likes to work and collaborate within a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities
Branding and Marketing Collateral
· Produce creative work from brief to execution across internal and external channels, including social media, email marketing, website, digital and print.
· Work with brand guidelines and toolkits to build campaign deliverables. Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all materials.
· Manage an asset inventory and firm-wide templates to ensure materials are easily accessible.
· Leverage KPIs to understand key learnings and optimize creative deliverables accordingly.
· Create and update marketing materials as requested by other departments.
· Assist with the creation and deployment of the quarterly internal newsletter, and eventually client newsletter.
· Manage workflows to meet editorial and campaign deadlines.
Social Media Management
· Manage Prime Quadrant’s social media accounts and align with the overall communications plan to increase brand awareness and drive engagement, reach, and conversion.
· Responsible for maintaining the editorial calendar, and producing all social media content, templates, and assets (e.g., graphics, videos, audiograms, etc.)
· Research and propose new types of strategic content and industry trends.
· Create and publish engaging event content including live coverage and recap posts.
· Track analytics and performance to make improvements and achieve monthly targets.
Event Promotion and Support
· Assist with and eventually lead the logistics and promotion of our Lunches with Legends™ Series including post-event podcast production, video editing and collateral production.
· Assist in the promotion and coordination of our annual Prime Quadrant Conference (Nov 2023).
· Directly assist with and perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior Marketing Associate.
· Assist with the production and coordination of photo and video shoots.
Performance and Analytics
· Assist in monitoring the performance of each marketing channel (LinkedIn, YouTube, Email) to optimize engagement levels and help nurture relationships with existing clients and prospects.
· Employ tactics such as A/B testing and best practices to hit marketing targets.
Qualifications
Candidates must have graphic design experience. Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools, such as Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop to create well-designed materials. Please provide examples in your portfolio.
· Post-secondary degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (in-house department or agency).
· A portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
· Experience designing and leading creative vision for digital and online media and print.
· Skilled in color theory, layout, composition, colour and typography combined with strong conceptual skills. Understanding of best practices in accessible and user-centered design.
· Some social media management experience is preferred but not required.
· Knowledge of basic HTML and some front-end web development a plus.
· A passion for finance and the wealth management industry is a benefit.
