Position Overview:

As the Content and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning content that showcases our cosmetic brands across various digital and print platforms. You will work closely in the office, to understand brand objectives and develop impactful design solutions. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and engagement through stunning visuals.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing content across various channels, including social media, websites, emails, digital advertising, print collateral, packaging, and promotional materials.
2. Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to understand brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives, ensuring the design aligns with brand identity and values.
3. Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and infographics to communicate complex ideas and product features in a visually compelling manner.
4. Develop and maintain a library of design assets, including templates, icons, product rendering and visual elements, to streamline the design process and ensure consistency across multiple brands.
5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table.
6. Ensure all design materials are visually consistent and adhere to brand guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and imagery.
7. Collaborate with the content team to create visually compelling layouts for blogs, articles, and other written content, ensuring readability and a seamless user experience.
8. Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and create visual assets that effectively convey the desired message and drive engagement.
9. Adapt designs for various platforms and screen sizes, optimizing the user experience across different devices.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

1. Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing design expertise is essential.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetic industry or a related field.
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design tools.
4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
5. Excellent creativity and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
6. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
