Adapt designs for various platforms and screen sizes, optimizing the user experience across different devices.

Knowledge of current design trends and best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and an understanding of how design contributes to overall marketing objectives.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design tools.

Update and manage the website through Content Management System

A combination of experience and education will be considered

Manage the application of Forest Hill branding/visual identity

Manage the in-house printing service of the brokerage

Manage Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

Possess knowledge in Typography Convention and Design Principles

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Assist in designing and building web content in WordPress, ensuring a great user experience

Must have basic HTML and CSS experience

Working knowledge of WordPress CMS, Shopify & responsive design

Strong creative, conceptualization and layout skills

Support the marketing team in the design and execution of digital and printed material
