Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to work based out of our Acton, Ontario location. This position is currently remote, but the ideal candidate must be able to work in the office as needed.

More about the role:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for small to mid-size graphic design projects, which entail developing templates and layouts, modifying existing designs, and producing graphic designs for a variety of print and digital media across marketing channels. The successful candidate will also assist in developing creative concepts for small and mid-size graphic design projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Update existing marketing collateral designs across a variety of digital and print media. Execute design modifications in line with internal customer expectations as well as marketing and design guidelines.

·Produce graphic designs for a variety of print and digital media across marketing channels.

·Develop templates and layouts to support design team projects

·Assist in development of creative concepts for small and mid-size graphic design projects.

·Collaborate design team and colleagues to gather information and insights necessary to support creative concept development.

Skills & Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in the graphic design discipline

·3 years’ professional graphic design experience across a variety of print and digital media

·Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe InDesign

·Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites

·Fluent in Microsoft suite and use of shared file systems such as SharePoint

·Proficient in Asana, Monday, or similar project management platforms

·Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·Collaborative work style and enjoys team projects.

·Proactively seeks and tests solutions to overcome challenges and thrives on constructive feedback
