We're looking for someone like you to join our team as a Creative Strategist (UGC Ads Specialist)!
What you'll do:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements to ensure clients' objectives are met or exceeded
- Design comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing platform selection, ad formats, targeting, and budget allocation, to effectively reach and engage the target audience on Meta and TikTok
- Foster a collaborative work environment and maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Communicate effectively with clients to present campaign ideas, gather feedback, and keep them informed about the progress and performance of their campaigns
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly as they pertain to UGC ads, Meta, and TikTok, and apply this knowledge to constantly refine and improve campaign strategies and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, and content creators, to ideate and develop engaging UGC ad concepts tailored to clients' brands, goals, and target audience
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends, audience insights, and platform-specific best practices to create a solid foundation for campaign development
What we're looking for:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices
- Strong understanding of audience analysis, market research, and platform-specific best practices
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency, focusing on UGC ads for e-commerce and technology companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Demonstrated ability to develop unique, engaging, and relevant ad concepts that align with clients' brand identities and objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for presenting ideas and collaborating with internal teams and clients
