Summary
Blind Ferret, an Influence Mobile company, is the Montreal-based Agency of Record for various gaming and entertainment apps and brands worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Agency, the candidate will play an essential role within the Agency Team, helping to concept and produce UA creative content. Our agency team is quickly growing, and we are looking for a next Creative Marketing Coordinator!
The Creative Marketing Coordinator will play an instrumental role in driving the creative strategy for user acquisition (UA) ads, both video and static. As a blend of a creative mind and an analytical thinker, you will be responsible for concept creation, copywriting, creative project management, competitor research, and analysis of creative performance.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and craft compelling static and video creative concepts through clear, detailed creative briefs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share creative insights and knowledge.
- Ensure operational efficiency by building and documenting best practices and processes.
- Coordinate and manage projects/deadlines between clients and our creative production team, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct competitor research to identify market trends and new creative opportunities.
- Analyze creative performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Write persuasive and engaging ad copy for creative concepts and for media channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
- Creating project briefs and script writing for various influencer/UGC initiatives
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze creative performance and drive actionable insights
- Proven experience with concept creation, copywriting, and script writing.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Previous experience in a creative role, preferably within advertising
- A proactive, clear communicator and team player
- Skilled at conducting competitive research and applying findings to creative strategies
- An entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to take on new opportunities and projects
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to dynamic business goals
- Strong understanding or background in user acquisition campaigns and creatives
