Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company.

Our team goal is to provide business people with the tools they need to help their clients work better. You will contribute to this goal by helping to create and implement a B2B marketing strategy to promote PurelyHR’s direct clients. Succeeding in this role involves contributing to the organization and execution of marketing initiatives along with managing communications with the sales and product teams. To do this, you will collaborate directly with the Product Marketing Managers.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.

• Create sales and marketing tools.
• Participate in the elaboration and implementation of the marketing plan established for each product, particularly those related to the website, blog, social media, SEO, trade fairs, email campaigns, etc.;
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.;
• Assure objectives are met concerning the Lead Generation campaign in line with the determined budget;
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies;
• Collaborate with sales to gather market data to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends;
• Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies for PurelyHR’s partner network (B2B);

• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Bilingual; French and English, oral and written;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• University diploma in marketing or e-commerce or any other related field;
• Capable to synthesize results of complex campaigns into easy-to-understand concepts;
• Strong organization and prioritization skills;
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Great understanding of digital media;
