Viral Nation, a leading marketing, talent, and tech agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join our dynamic team in the Business Development division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing social-first strategies and pitch materials for some of the world's biggest celebrities, influencers, and athletes. You will work closely with the Creative and Talent teams to execute on content ideas, and most importantly, you will have a strong emphasis on bringing together creativity, strategy, and analytics to drive engagement and revenue for our clients.
As the Content Strategist supporting the Talent vertical, you will have a deep understanding of the role data and analytics play in developing content strategies. You will be knowledgeable about monetizing content, specifically on YouTube, and will be able to tailor content strategies to ensure the highest monetization possible. You will also be responsible for conducting research, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and continuously improving content strategies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to develop effective content strategies that drive engagement and revenue for our clients.
• Continuously improve content strategies and best practices.
• Provide creative input and insights to internal teams and clients, and pitch ideas to clients as needed.
• Develop social-first strategies and pitch materials for some of the world's biggest celebrities, influencers, and athletes, with a focus on creating the best-performing content on YouTube and putting them in an RFP proposal.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are set, and timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, with a deep understanding of data and analytics.
• Extremely high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and analytics, with experience in monetizing content on YouTube.
• Ability to conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
