Hr Intern - Talent Development (Fall 2023)

We are currently looking for an intern to support the Talent Development team. Responsibilities: Participate in the improvement of the performance process Document the new process Test configurations in Workday Other related tasks Assist in managing the engagement survey process Create a communication plan with the communication team Track participation rates Support People & Culture partners as needed Accounting for Act 90 training invoices Analyze invoices to ensure eligibility Validate certain information with collaborators Ensure that all information is compliant Promote the LinkedIn Learning tool Contribute to the communication plan Recommend content as needed Any other related tasks Qualifications: Student in Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related and relevant field. Bilingualism (English and French) Excellent skills and agility in the use of computers and various systems Excellent communication and teamwork skills Thorough and rigorous Autonomous, organized and able to manage priorities effectively Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to function effectively in less defined situations.
