Job Description

We are a fast-growing startup looking for new and passionate business analysts to work with a team of sales, marketing and engineers.


This position will provide the opportunity to develop the skills required for a career in sales and consulting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing company. We have strong support and training to ensure you can do the job properly.


**This position is unpaid**


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Have a friendly, dynamic personality, good listener in order to build a relationship of trust with the customer
  • Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Building a point of view on how to help qualify customers needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle including cold calling, prospecting, pitching, and closing sales


Assets:


  • Proven track record as a Sales related roles
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or CRM tools is an asset
