Role Overview:

We are seeking a Content Marketing Strategist who can harness the power of language to drive business results. This role is perfect for a highly skilled copywriter with deep expertise in SEO and User Experience writing, and experience crafting persuasive and engaging content. The ideal candidate will have experience with direct response conversion-focused copy and familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Notion, Asana, Gmail, and Zapier.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly review and improve content based on user experience and SEO metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with the Hypelocal team using tools such as Slack, Notion and Gmail.
• Apply SEO strategies in content creation, including keyword research and optimization, using tools such as Ahrefs and SurferSEO.
• Use your copywriting skills to create persuasive and engaging content across various channels that drives user action and brand engagement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Content Marketing and other team members to design and execute compelling content strategies that align with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Ahrefs, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, and other relevant content and SEO tools.
• Proven experience with SEO, including optimization for user experience and ranking.
• Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Gmail, and Zapier for project management and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform content decisions and measure success.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy and copywriting, with a focus on direct response and conversion-focused content.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
