We are looking for a Senior Strategist with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation to join our team, reporting to the Head Of Strategy. As the Senior Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and effective social-first strategies for some of the world's biggest brands. You will take ownership of the strategic ideation and development for all major projects and pitches, and RFPs and partner with our accounts, creative, talent, and sales teams to bring the strategic vision to life.

As the Senior Strategist, you will be an expert at turning a single idea into a fully fleshed-out pitch deck. You will have an endless vision for turning thought-starters into fully integrated strategies and meaningful campaigns. You are an expert in the age of the attention economy and should be able to provide real-time insights and data and possess a passion for knowledge when it comes to content, technology, and social media psychology. You understand how to build a strategy that has real business outcomes and understands real-world challenges and are an out-of-the-box thinker in developing new and innovative strategies that will help propel success for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the social media industry, with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer. They should be entrepreneurial by nature and have experience working directly with brands and at agencies, as well as handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies.mIn addition, the successful candidate should have a new-era strategy background, with their experience being across strategy, creative and business development. They should enjoy being challenged on a day-to-day basis and have a proven track record of developing new and innovative social-first and business-oriented strategies for brands.

The incumbent should be driven to go above and beyond in their work and possess a strong creative and collaborative drive for the job. You will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present ideas and strategies to clients and internal stake holders in a clear and compelling manner.

As the Senior Strategist, You will be responsible for:

• Often called upon to be a creative voice and strong ideator throughout the company across many departments and large-scale projects. Able to confidently lead creative brainstorms with company stakeholders and clients.
• Developing a clear understanding of client objectives and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Collaborating with the accounts and creative teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Working with Clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and success.
• Presenting pitch decks and strategies to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Continuously refining and iterating strategies based on client feedback and insights.
• Leading brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate new ideas and strategies.
• Developing the story without supervision and delivering a clear and compelling presentation.
• Building comprehensive pitch decks that showcase the strategic vision and outline the details of proposed campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A visionary mindset with the ability to turn thought-starters into fully integrated strategies, pitch decks and campaigns.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience at an agency working within the social, creative, business development, and/or strategy spaces.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients and handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies.
• Impeccable writing skills, with past experience as a copywriter considered a strength.
• Experience working directly with brands and at agencies.
• A professional attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
