- Often called upon to be a creative voice and strong ideator throughout the company across many departments and large-scale projects. Able to confidently lead creative brainstorms with company stakeholders and clients.
- Developing a clear understanding of client objectives and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Collaborating with the accounts and creative teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Working with Clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and success.
- Presenting pitch decks and strategies to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Continuously refining and iterating strategies based on client feedback and insights.
- Leading brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Developing the story without supervision and delivering a clear and compelling presentation.
- Building comprehensive pitch decks that showcase the strategic vision and outline the details of proposed campaigns.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to turn thought-starters into fully integrated strategies, pitch decks and campaigns.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience at an agency working within the social, creative, business development, and/or strategy spaces.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients and handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies.
- Impeccable writing skills, with past experience as a copywriter considered a strength.
- Experience working directly with brands and at agencies.
- A professional attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
