We at Gleefull Supplements are excited to announce that we’re seeking a Paid Content Creative Strategist who can help us develop high-converting Facebook creatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facebook ad/direct response style videos, coupled with entry-level to intermediate copywriting skills. The role requires a deep understanding of storytelling, excellent critical thinking abilities, and a keen eye for consumer behavior trends.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough market research to gain insights into our target audience and industry trends.
Developing a deep understanding of our brand and customer base to create highly effective creative angles
Identifying and analyzing market trends across Facebook and TikTok to optimize our advertising efforts.
Performing competitor analysis to inform and enhance our creative and strategic direction.
Crafting compelling ad briefs for both static and video content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Collaborating with the Head of Media to present ad concepts, drawing inspiration from market research, data analysis, and competitor insights.
Coordinating and managing assets for content creators, graphic designers, and video editors.
Participating in project management to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Continuously generating innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts and capture audience attention.
Utilizing strong research skills to gather data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Entry-level to intermediate copywriting experience with a knack for persuasive and engaging content.
Solid understanding of modern digital marketing techniques and best practices.
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with media buying and sales data to optimize ad performance (NOT required to manage ads)
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of consumer behavior and how it influences marketing strategies.
Ability to generate fresh and creative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Proficiency in conducting thorough research to support marketing decisions.
It will be nice to have:
Prior experience with UGC creation
Graphic design skills or familiarity with design software
Previous exposure to project management tools and methodologies.
