beauty, fashion and lifestyle niche and our roster of 45+ creators spans across Canada and the

US.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone to join our agency as a Junior Talent Agent – you’ll be stepping into

an existing team that has a roster of influencers in the lifestyle/beauty/fashion niche, and you will

be the support system to your manager. You’re someone who has a passion for influencer

marketing/management and may have experience either in-house or at an agency as an intern,

coordinator, or similar.

Title: Junior Talent Agent

Seniority: Entry-level

Report to: Senior Manager; and Head of Partnerships & Team Lead

Talent/Project Management

- Provide overall support to manager and team’s talent roster

- Be included in all internal methods of talent communications

- Respond to inbound emails (including potential partnerships, gifting and PR) and hand-off to

manager accordingly

- Schedule talent projects + reminders

- Update and maintain internal project management platform with talent’s partnership details,

information and statistics

- Assist in onboarding + setting up new talent

- Assist in project management (i.e. review contracts/briefs, send content for approval, project

completion process/invoice submissions, etc.)

- Prepare and send out pitches on behalf of roster of talent to secure partnerships

- Assist on new talent pitch calls

- Identity new talent for your manager to pitch/sign

- Sit in/participate in talent meetings (one-on-one’s, pitch calls, briefing calls, etc.)

- Contribute to monthly sales goals

Agency

- Ensure agency contact database is up to date

- Participate in weekly company brainstorm meetings

- Participate and support in building company events and activations

- Contribute to company’s newsletter

- Travel when needed

Experience

- Entry level position; <1 year in-house or at agency (as a coordinator, intern, or similar)

You're someone who

- Has an entrepreneurial spirit

- Has knowledge and passion for social media and/or influencer marketing

- Has the ability to work independently

- Is able to work on different projects & tasks simultaneously

- Is familiar with Google, GSuite, Google Drive, GMail

- Respects deadlines
