Job Description

Job Role: Influencer Talent Agent - Social Creators

Location: Remote / Work from anywhere in Canada!

Salary: Negotiable

Start Date: ASAP


ABOUT THE JOB

As an Influencer Talent Agent for an innovative Talent Management Agency, you'll be working directly signing up influencers & digital creators for the agency's roster. You'll be utilising your passion for influencer/talent management together with your expertise in the use of social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram) to successfully negotiate partnerships and contracts.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with digital creators, ensuring their needs are always met in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify and outreach digital creators and influencers to onboard to the social platform.
  • Create strategies in order to develop the creators’ personal brands.
  • Develop engaging proposal decks for new and existing clients.
  • Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators.
  • Collaborate with different teams, ensuring internal coordination across all departments


MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms (particularly TikTok & Instagram)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • 3+ years’ experience within influencer/talent/campaigns management world
