As a Social Media and Marketing Manager at Samfet, you will have the opportunity to tell our story and amplify our brand across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is proficient in all major social platforms, demonstrates sophisticated content creation abilities, and has a keen interest and understanding of interior design, architecture, and construction. This role requires excellent social skills, an ability to recognize, utilize, and create pattern-driven content, and a readiness to adapt and pivot in a dynamic industry. Having a keen eye for design and understanding current design trends are important to us. Short form video production and leveraging technologies and apps to produce content more efficiently is preferred. Interest in A.I. and a basic understanding of prompting and using these technologies are also a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Attend events and produce live social media content.
• Engage with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure social media strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness.
• Craft engaging and sophisticated content that aligns with our brand image and industry trends.
• Manage the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
• Utilize analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and posts.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest and keen sophistication in interior design, architecture, and construction.
• Experience in vlogging and video content creation.
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
• Proficiency in identifying and creating pattern-based content.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or established network in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
• Knowledge of international marketing trends and strategies.
• Experience working with contractors both locally and internationally.
