The Social Media Coordinator is crucial in helping AnitaB.org establish and amplify its online presence, developing and executing strategies that increase brand visibility and foster customer engagement across various platforms. By crafting compelling content and tailored advertising campaigns, you can effectively reach target audiences, drive website traffic, and convert online interactions into actionable business results. Furthermore, through monitoring social media trends and audience engagement, you will provide valuable insights that can influence the company's broader marketing strategies, customer service approaches, and even product development.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of social media campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand visibility, aligning with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices, proactively addressing changes in algorithms and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of social media.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and to develop engaging multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Create, publish, and manage compelling content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to engage followers and foster an interactive relationship.
- Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions and communications, including honesty, integrity, respect, and commitment to advancing global, regional and local DEI, in keeping with an organization with a mission to promote women's diversity, equity and inclusion in society and the workplace.
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools, understanding the unique features and audience of each to develop platform-specific content and strategies.
- Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design, to create engaging, shareable content that aligns with the brand’s voice and style.
- Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, with the ability to use this data to inform strategy adjustments.
