Core Responsibilities

• Leverage your creativity to curate compelling, topical and brand-consistent content tailored to each social media platform.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with overall business goals.
• Create purposeful copy with brand objectives, voice and target audiences in mind.
• Schedule posts to ensure optimal reach and engagement, considering peak audience activity times.
• Assist the marketing manager in developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proactively engage with audiences to foster community and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of achieving strong organic growth across a variety of different social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, manage competing deadlines and execute deliverables in a timely fashion.
• You are comfortable with working on a lean team, wearing multiple hats and enjoy new challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions and implement them accordingly.
