Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Media and Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and adaptable, with a keen sense of experimentation and a willingness to take risks in pursuit of success. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence while driving sales through marketing campaigns and outreach.


You will create, implement, and manage social media strategy to engage with our target ICP and grow brand awareness. You will also be responsible for implementing new strategies, like promotions and competitions, to increase customer engagement, drive leads and revenue, and enhance our brand image.


You will play a key role in associating Collective[i] with thought leadership and intelligence, and will work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Suggest and implement new strategies, like promotions and competitions, to increase engagement and develop brand awareness
  • Segment email lists based on customer behaviors, demographics, and interests to optimize engagement and conversions to opportunities
  • Develop and executive campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, event invitations, and other marketing materials to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (including LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok)
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our ICP
  • Generate engaging and educational content daily (i.e. original text, photos, videos and news) that amplifies Collective[i]’s mission to transform sales
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that associates Collective[i]’s brand with thought leadership and intelligence
Requirements:


  • Will measure your success by the revenue and engagement your efforts yield. Examples of where you have successfully driven sales through social media marketing and/or email marketing is helpful
  • It takes a village (ie, you) to build brand awareness and drive revenue growth. Any experience you can show in driving revenue growth through marketing campaigns (e.g. creating social media campaigns, developing and executing promotions, producing email campaigns, or writing an email newsletter) will help us assess that you can engage our ICP and drive sales
  • We use science and data to make decisions. You should have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting relevant social media and campaign metrics (e.g. follower growth, social media engagement rates, website traffic from promotions, and online engagement)
  • We augment our talent with technology. If you can demonstrate experience with ZoomInfo, CRM, ChatGPT, social media management tools, analytics, and/or marketing outreach platforms, that is a plus
  • There is never enough time. Our market moves fast, which requires the ability to develop a strategy, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be highly organized in setting priorities

  • Providing engaging and educational content for our ICP will be essential. We will be looking for an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who is adept at scaling themselves using generative AI
