Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist (Saas Real Estate Tech) - Via Softmax Data

MoxiWorks, via our Canadian partner Softmax Data, is looking for a savvy marketing professional to join our global marketing team to help continue to power our growth.

Through a mix of social media& content marketing we’re looking for our next marketing team member to help manage and grow our brand throughout the larger real estate industry. We're looking for a multi-talented marketer who can spend their days crafting witty social media copy, building and designing marketing emails and flyers, and helping build out our thought leadership arm. You’ll also be our brand champion inside the company helping to build assets like decks, one pagers and other assets. Strong writing skills and understanding of the real estate industry will come in handy.

Responsibilities

• Email design. As part of the brand efforts this role will support our email communication efforts by designing and building emails in Stripo and Pardot.
• Brand and visual design. You’ll be collaborating with the greater marketing team, as well as our agency partners, to create and manage the creation of an array of visual design assets. This will range from graphics for digital advertising and social media to headers for blog posts, images for landing pages or other website elements to one-pagers and flyers for our sales team.
• Be our brand champion. You're the eyes and ears of our digital brand. You’ll proactively monitor our brand awareness and make suggestions for improvement. You’ll also help coach our internal stakeholders on social media usage and best practices.
• Virtual and in-person thought leadership events. Work with the marketing team and our internal stakeholders to produce virtual events (LinkedIn Lives, webinars, etc.). You’ll also help support live events with social media coverage either in-person or with support from team members who are there.
• Content marketing. This role will be responsible for a mix of content at MoxiWorks. One day you could be crafting a flyer alongside our product marketing manager, the next you are curating and scheduling our social media content, and the next you’re helping out with blog content.
• Sales enablement and support. You’ll support sales enablement initiatives by building and maintaining flyers, one-pagers, decks and other branded materials.
• Social media management. Day-to-day management of all MoxiWorks social media platforms including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring and engaging with our audience, and working with/managing our agency partners to run and iterate on social media campaigns. You’ll also stay on top of trends to help keep MoxiWorks relevant and engaged with our audience. Our brand voice is fun and our social media should be as well!
• Dig into the data. Reporting and analysis of general social media performance as well as one-off campaign performance will be required. You're up for testing and seeing what works!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, pr or comparable experience level
• Experience building and designing branded emails
• Visual/graphic design experience,preferably with experience in the Adobe suite and/or Figma; Canva also a plus
• Creative thinker with strong eye for detail
• Work well on a team and autonomously
• Excellent written & verbal communication and strong project management skills
• Experience working directly with executive leadership on social media and brand initiatives
• 3+ years' social media and brand management experience; residential real estate or proptech industry experience strongly preferred

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Asana or similar project management tool
• Photography skills
• Experience with Pardot / Salesforce preferred
• Experience managing vendors or agency partners
• Customer service experience to help when engaging with clients via social media

The range for this role is CAD 70-80k and Softmax Data benefits include:
