Social Media Marketing Intern

Position: Social Media Marketing Internship (Unpaid internship)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Curation: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure that social media content aligns with our brand voice and aesthetics.
• Platform Management: Schedule, post, and monitor content across various social media channels such as Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, suggesting new ideas to enhance our online presence.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track social media analytics using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights, and report on metrics weekly.
• Engagement: Interact with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

Qualifications:

• Education: Interest in or completing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internship or experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus.
• Communication: English is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills: Proficient in using social media platforms and tools. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Passion: A genuine interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness and overall interest in social media.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
