Project Overview:
As the Advertising Manager at Disruptive Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' brand visibility, driving lead generation, and maximizing conversion rates. Your creative vision, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking will contribute significantly to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop advertising strategies aligned with their business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
* Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and launch advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Creative Content: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
* Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve clients' key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance. Generate regular reports outlining key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
* A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance continually.
* Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding advertising strategies, progress updates, and performance reviews. Address any concerns promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, new advertising platforms, and emerging technologies. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
* Proven work experience as an Advertising Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
* In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant channels.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience in managing advertising budgets and achieving performance goals.
* Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
* Certifications in digital marketing and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
