THE ROLE: Paid Social Media Buyer
Stingray Direct is a direct-to-consumer, large-scale performance-based e-commerce company. We are on the hunt for a Social Media Buyer with at least 4-5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, particularly Facebook. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the social media landscape, including platform capabilities, advertising options, and targeting methodologies. As a Social Media Buyer, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with our marketing goals and deliver measurable results. This role involves significant analysis and data interpretation to drive campaign strategy, optimization, and performance.
Requirements
KEY PAID SOCIAL MEDIA BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay updated with the latest paid social media trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and media partners.
• Deep-dive into campaign data to provide ongoing management, analysis, and optimization, focusing on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
• Lead testing and optimization across the customer journey, including ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, and A/B and multivariate testing.
• Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across paid channel platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.).
• Effectively manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure successful campaign execution.

PAID SOCIAL MEDIA BUYER CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in California
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• 4-5 years of experience in paid social media advertising with a strong focus on analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering successful and scalable paid social campaigns.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in various data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven track record of turning data into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape, including platforms, advertising products, and targeting options.
