Position Summary

We are actively seeking for dynamic, best-in-class talent to join the Matterkind team as Associate in our Paid Social team. As Associate, you will assist in the day-to-day stewarding of both account and media activity on assigned campaigns for our clients and help take social media advertising strategy, planning and execution to the next level. This entry-level opportunity will kick-start your career in digital media and provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all internal processes and ensure consistency of execution, performance, optimization, testing, ad specs, campaign objectives & KPIs.
• Support Specialists & Senior Specialists on all tasks related to the development, implementation, launch, monitoring, optimization and reporting of social media advertising campaigns across ad manager platforms for Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Use our process and research tools (Brandwatch, Influencity, Affinio, Tableau, Prisma etc.) to help develop profiles of target audiences with view into their social/online behaviors, media consumption, report on campaign performance and push financial contractual inputs etc.
• Help maintain detailed files of all pertinent records (media plans, performance reports, creative, contracts, reports, etc.) relevant to clients’ business with Matterkind.
• Pull data for billing, delivery and performance reports, populate templates and help generate insights and recommendations. Learn all about paid social capabilities including platforms, technologies, and targeting options within Matterkind to help teams find best in class solutions for our clients.

• Team player and eager to participate.
• Active user / participant in social media is a plus.
• Post-secondary certificate or degree with preference for Media and/or Marketing specialization or similar achievement.
• Excellent quantitative & analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
