Job Description

Social Media Marketing Coordinator Specialist

Job Sumary:

Social Media Marketing Strategy Coordinator

Reports to Manager, CPGP Social Media Marketing Strategy

Location: Orlando, FL


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of influencer gifting programs
  • Maintain invoice tracker and submit incoming invoices to finance for payment
  • Maintain quality control of social pages
  • Supports the day-to-day management of CP Marketing socials, including but not limited to:
  • Assist the team in the development of creative briefs and planning documents
  • Manage asset folders in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Assists in the management of social calendars
  • Help to develop, implement and evaluate social media strategy
  • Occasional assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content
  • Keep up with technologies used in social media and continually seek proactive knowledge of the target customer, retail, marketing, and social media trends.
  • Assist the team by building program recap decks in Keynote, collaborating with various teams for recap materials
  • Track post performance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets as well as Keynote
  • Passion for Disney content
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of social media across platforms
  • Understands how to be adaptable and proactive - a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Working knowledge of social media KPIs, strategy and reporting
  • Must be an excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with all levels internally and externally
  • Strong creative production skills with a demonstrated ability to create social content
