Job Summary:
As the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at Gravity Management, you will be crucial in managing the social media profiles and presence of our Olympic athletes and professional sports clients (including athletes, teams and brands). You will be responsible for implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive overall digital marketing objectives. In addition, you will be able to help manage sponsorships and collaborate with the team to ensure successful client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and promptly respond to inquiries and comments.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to optimize brand presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that aligns with clients' brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
- Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, relevant news, and competitor activities to incorporate fresh and innovative content ideas.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative and engaging social media content, including images, videos, and captions.
3. Influencer and Partnership Management:
- Monitor and measure the success of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
- Coordinate sponsored content, campaigns, and activations with influencers and partners.
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, athletes, and partners to enhance client sponsorships and collaborations.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually improve social media efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize social media strategies.
Requirements:
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Knowledge of the sports industry and familiarity with athlete marketing is a plus.
- Completing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in social media, video editing and graphics creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
