Position: Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator

Employment Type: 10-15 hours per week (1-year contract)

Job Summary:

As the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at Gravity Management, you will be crucial in managing the social media profiles and presence of our Olympic athletes and professional sports clients (including athletes, teams and brands). You will be responsible for implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive overall digital marketing objectives. In addition, you will be able to help manage sponsorships and collaborate with the team to ensure successful client relationships.


Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and promptly respond to inquiries and comments.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that aligns with clients' brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to optimize brand presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).


2. Content Creation and Curation:

  • Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative and engaging social media content, including images, videos, and captions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, relevant news, and competitor activities to incorporate fresh and innovative content ideas.


3. Influencer and Partnership Management:

  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, athletes, and partners to enhance client sponsorships and collaborations.
  • Coordinate sponsored content, campaigns, and activations with influencers and partners.
  • Monitor and measure the success of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize social media strategies.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually improve social media efforts and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the sports industry and familiarity with athlete marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Completing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Proven experience in social media, video editing and graphics creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
