TheAssociate Designer, Digital + Socialwill focus on digital advertising, such as social media, web banners, and videos and will ensure all creative concepts passed from the Design team are executed across multiple digital marketing channels and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete and accurate files for development and release.

This position can be a hybrid based out of our Northbrook, Illinois or fully remote

A day in the life as an Associate Designer, Digital + Social…

• Collaborate with design leads and external teams to ensure new campaigns are produced at standards that uphold/elevate the company’s brand identity
• Build cross-functional relationships and interact daily with multiple internal teams on creative initiatives
• Execute creative projects for the digital channel which includes social media and web banners

What you’ll bring to the table…

• Experience working with 3rd parties when executing web banners (Google, Spark, etc.)
• Strong visual design skills with an ability to execute under the direction of other designers
• Strong organizational, time management and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet all necessary deadlines

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects
• Must provide a link to portfolio (including password) on resume or provide PDF samples of social and/or digital campaigns
• Knowledge with animation/motion and HTML a plus
• 2+ years experience as a visual or production designer; familiarity with Retail industry a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
