Position Overview

Sydney Call Centre, a Hiring Company company is looking for Saskatchewan work at home customer service, help desk, technical support, and sales representatives to support remote work demand. In these roles, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, or troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist customers in adding or removing products and services. There are full-time positions available for almost any schedule, day, night, seven days a week.

The positions offers a competitive base pay, schedule, level, plus benefits for full-time, paid vacation, and variable bonus and contest incentives. Position Responsibilities

WHAT DOES A CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE DO?

Develop your abilities and grow with our team, interacting with customers from coast to coast making outbound calls.

Call Centre Representatives Are Responsible For The Following Tasks

• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
• Explain and position the products and processes with customers
• Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade
• Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self manage
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong team orientation and customer focus
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
• The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (The United States or Canada)
• If needed, must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results
