Job Responsibilities


  • Explain and position products and processes effectively to customers
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upsell products and services
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist customers with product-related inquiries
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to management when necessary
  • Utilize systems and technology to manage customer accounts


Candidate Qualifications


  • Customer service oriented with empathy, responsiveness, and patience
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)
  • Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Physical Requirements


  • Occasional movement around the office and ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Requires sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
  • This job operates in a professional office environment
  • Regular operation of a computer, phone, copier, and printer
