Position Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions to customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in adding or removing products and services
• Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing first call resolution

Candidate Qualifications

• Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
• Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service oriented with the ability to empathize and respond to customer needs
• Strong team orientation and customer focus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Details

• Regular reviews and raises based on tenure and performance

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary job requiring long periods of sitting/standing while using a computer and telephone headset
• Regular operation of a computer, phone, copier, and printer
• Occasional movement around the office and lifting up to forty (40) pounds

Conditions Of Employment

• Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting may be required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
