Job Description
Employer is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Responsibilities


  • Explain and position products and processes to customers
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
  • Assist callers with product-related inquiries
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide customer support
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills


Qualifications


  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service oriented with empathy and responsiveness
  • Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Highly reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
