Responsibilities


  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Accurately document and process customer claims
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information
  • Utilize knowledge base to answer customer questions
  • Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
  • Strive for first call resolution and effective problem-solving
  • Escalate customer issues to management when necessary


Candidate Qualifications


  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service oriented and empathetic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral


Conditions Of Employment


  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • Job offers contingent on background/security investigation results
  • Level II background and/or security investigation may be required

Physical Requirements
