Cosmetic Physician Partners is building a premier network of physician-led aesthetic clinics throughout the United States.

We are seeking a Call Center Representative/Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to current and prospective clients assisting in rebooking and scheduling appointments for our clinics across the country.

Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Call leads who signed up online and get them to book
  • Manage outbound calls to rebook current patients for new appointments
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
