Remote - Digital Designer

We are searching for a creative digital designer to develop online content and maintain a smooth user interface for our website. As one of two members of our design team, you will use your UX skills and produce content that aligns with our brand and strategy. This content includes conversion-centric landing pages, advertisements, print layout for digital reports and whitepapers, along with multimedia for social and other promotional channels.

With some experience in analytics, heat mapping, and other conversion rate optimization tools, you’ll work with the wider marketing team to test and optimize user journeys to increase engagement and grow our audience.

Exceptional technical skills, the ability to manage your time and schedule easily, and a genuine interest in our brand and our mission are essential in this role.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Build a brand experience across all digital channels, including web, mobile, landing pages, social media platforms and marketing campaigns
• Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
• Stay abreast of digital trends, including new design technologies and software applications
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that our branding is consistent and in line with Foresight’s voice, tone and personality
• Use your analytical skills and available data to research customer behaviours to improve and create mock-ups for future designs
• Create digital assets (infographics, social media templates, landing pages, isometrics, whitepapers, and reports) for a range of platforms

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques
• Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Photo and video editing expertise
• Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Canva, inDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc
• Excellent organizational and technical skills
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML a bonus
• 5+ years of proven work experience in a similar role

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Rate: $62,000-$68,000 per annum + benefits (key is best fit and experience for the role)
