As a Video Editor and Social Media Manager for our program, your role will be pivotal in shaping our content and expanding our reach. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: You'll start by editing our full-length video episodes, adding our unique intros and outros, and ensuring a seamless upload to platforms like Anchor for podcasts.
- Content Creation: Transform our podcast episodes into bite-sized, engaging content. Craft short, digestible segments ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, complete with intros and exits. This content will be shared on YouTube and LinkedIn to captivate our audience.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop a compelling social media strategy, including content creation, copywriting, and scheduling. Your goal is to maximize engagement and reach across our platforms.
- Calendar Management: Stay organized and ensure we meet our content release schedules, interviews, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong social media management skills and understanding of platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in podcast or webcast production is a plus.
- Creativity and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
