The Centre for Media, Technology, and Democracy at McGill University is looking for a researcher/producer for a new weekly podcast about tech policy and governance. The show will be hosted by two policy experts discussing the latest developments in Canadian tech policy. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling a weekly research brief, drafting interview questions and editing the podcast. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the subject area, and will be able to pitch stories that our hosts may want to discuss on the show. Being familiar with digital audio editing software and recording equipment is an asset, but not essential.


The successful candidate will have or will currently be completing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communication Studies, Political Science, Journalism or a related discipline).
