World AI Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients' social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter. Your main objective will be to create engaging and impactful content, schedule posts, grow followers, and drive interaction with the audience. Your attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think outside the box will be crucial in achieving success for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, creative, and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
- Create and edit real photos and videos to enhance the authenticity and impact of the posts.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their brand voice, values, and objectives.
- Craft compelling copy that aligns with the brand's tone and resonates with the target audience.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy for each client, tailored to their specific goals and target audience.
- Schedule posts in advance using social media management tools to optimize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful interactions with followers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve social media strategies.
3. Follower Growth and Engagement:
- Implement strategies to grow followers organically, increasing the reach and impact of social media presence.
- Analyze metrics and insights to track follower growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and influencer marketing to expand the client's reach.
- Foster a sense of community by initiating conversations, encouraging user-generated content, and running engaging contests or campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably managing multiple clients.
- Demonstrable experience in creating engaging social media content, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and design software.
2. Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in content creation and scheduling.
