Founded in April 2016, I+AM is one of the first companies that launched to help social media influencers manage their careers. Founding entrepreneur Karine Idrissi and first hire JJ Machate both came from the world of PR, social media and digital marketing catering to Gen Z and Millennials. Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone to join our agency as a Junior Talent Agent – you’ll be stepping into

an existing team that has a roster of influencers in the lifestyle/beauty/fashion niche, and you will

be the support system to your manager. You’re someone who has a passion for influencer

marketing/management and may have experience either in-house or at an agency as an intern,

coordinator, or similar.

Our TALENT AGENT, Jr. Coordinator will handle:

Talent Management

• Sit in/participate in talent meetings (one-on-one’s, pitch calls, briefing calls, etc.)
• Assist on new talent pitch calls
• Identity new talent for your manager to pitch/sign
• Schedule talent projects + reminders
• Contribute to monthly sales goals
• Prepare and send out pitches on behalf of roster of talent to secure partnerships
• Assist in onboarding + setting up new talent
• Respond to inbound emails (including potential partnerships, gifting and PR) and hand-off to manager accordingly
• Be included in all internal methods of talent communications
• Assist in project management (i.e. review contracts/briefs, send content for approval, project completion process/invoice submissions, etc.)
• Provide overall support to manager and team’s talent roster
• Update and maintain internal project management platform with talent’s partnership details, information and statistics

Agency

• Ensure agency contact database is up to date
• Participate and support in building company events and activations
• Travel when needed
• Contribute to company’s newsletter
• Participate in weekly company brainstorm meetings

Experience

- Entry level position

You're someone who

• Has knowledge and passion for social media and/or influencer marketing
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit
• Is able to work on different projects & tasks simultaneously
• Respects deadlines
• Has the ability to work independently
• Is familiar with Google, GSuite, Google Drive, GMail
